Job Advancement's and Mastery's.

Job Specialization & Mastery Placepromisedbg1

Since our role-play's economy and material's are all player-based we've decided to put in the addition of the Job Mastery. A Job Mastery is only handed down to individual's once they've met the requirements of Knight Ranking, proving their intelligence and ability to balance their job along with their Monarchy's needs. All player's are required to choose a job as it will play a major part of development in both your character and other's around you, building one another's gear and growing vegetation to continue to keep everything as tranquil as possible. As you further your experience within your Job's Mastery, character's will gain further benefit's towards that trait that other player's aren't capable of gaining. Please inspect the list thoroughly below before deciding on which Job you'd like, as you only get one and it's permanent once it is chosen!

    Woodcutting
Woodcutting is an art as ancient as man himself, mandatory to build a structure sturdy enough to withstand any weather wherever the builder desires. Along with providing shelter for humanity, other's have used wood for their own source of energy such as campfires, fletching tool's, you name it. Sure, it may sound like a basic trait to learn, then again there's more to the Job than simply cutting tree's down. One must understand and learn the precautionary measures necessary to avoid accidental situation's, along with the ability to tell any tree's within the area they're in apart in a heartbeat. People who take their time to learn such a magnificent art have their word-count deducted to 75 per tree, dropping to 50 at Adept before becoming a measly 25 when Mastered.

    Construction
Construction is a mandatory trait within a civilization to upgrade and do maintenance on one's house to upgrade the defense and more. Along with the ability to construct shelter's and houses along with practically any form of structure, whenever a Contractor reaches a certain degree of professional knowledge they're capable of creating and inventing different forms of furniture, counter's, cupboards, basically anything you'd find inside a house itself. Not only do you gain these wondrous trait's from Construction, the money is high paying even though the work proves to be physically demanded, (you know... Word-count, better start resting those finger's for your first solo project!) Character's who wish to choose such a beneficial trait have a 10% off any word-count on any project they're working at, increasing to a total of 20% at Adept while maxing at an impressive 30% word-count deduction.

    Fletching
Fletcher's are more-so generalized in just their basic origin. Fletching (also known as a flight) is the aerodynamic stabilization of arrows or darts with materials such as feathers, each piece of which is referred to as a fletch. A fletcher is a person who attaches the fletching. While these people are responsible for the creation and development of a fletch, in-time they've grown comfortable to carving out their own arrow's and bow's. Amazingly, the most professional Fletcher's are capable of making almost any Hand-to-Hand wooden weapon desirable of given the proper material's. Individual's who believe they have the agile and steady hand's necessary for such a job gain the ability to create any weapon desirable, Beginner's capable of working with Oak, Adept's advanced enough to work with Yew as a Master has advanced enough tactics to work with Sunuke.

    Miner
Miner's are a necessity in order to obtain ore's in order to mold them into ingot's ready for Blacksmith's. Usually assisted by a group of high-ranking soldier's, Miner's who profession within the knowledge of finding and successfully removing ore's tend to play one of the largest role's in a city responsible for gathering material's necessary for weaponry, armory, jewelry and even housing necessities. Inexperienced Miner's within the country's tend to do most of their work within specified Mine's Such as inside the Tsuchi Cavern's, gaining experience as they gain ore successfully each time approved in updates. A Novice can only capable of foraging Bronze and Iron as an Adept can forage Steel and Silver, while Master's are capable of foraging Gold and Alloys manipulating them with other metal's to enhance their performance.
